Troy Guenot, a life long Centre County native began his journey in 1994, opening the first Troy's Philadelphia-Style hoagies location in Bellefonte, PA. After raising 7 children, Troy and his wife of 34 years, Stephanie, continued their adventure. On Saturday, April 21, 2018 Troy revisited his roots by re-opening his Bellefonte location in the very same place it all began.
